Our LUMINA series undergoes an intensive 8-step hand-polishing process, finished with jewelry-grade white wax to achieve its flawless mirror surface. To maintain its clarity, we recommend wiping only with a clean, soft microfiber cloth. For stubborn water spots, use a small amount of distilled water or a neutral glass cleaner. Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals, as these will scratch the precise architectural finish.

Is the STILL textured glass series heat-resistant?

The STILL series is crafted from thick, artisanal glass designed for botanical arrangements and quiet stillness. While it is durable, it is not borosilicate glass. To avoid thermal shock, we recommend using it for room-temperature water only and keeping it away from direct boiling water or extreme temperature fluctuations.

What happens if my designer vessel arrives damaged?

We take extraordinary care in our packaging. However, if your piece arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with photos of the item and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for you.
